Clinical Pilates questions
What is the difference between Clinical Pilates and a regular Pilates class?
Clinical Pilates starts from an assessment and is programmed around your body, history and goals. Our groups are capped at four so your instructor can watch every movement.
Do I need to have done Pilates before?
No. Your initial session covers the basics of the reformer and the exercises chosen for you.
