What is HICAPS?
HICAPS lets us claim your private health rebate on the spot with your health fund card, so you only pay the gap.
How does a Medicare care plan work for physiotherapy?
If your GP refers you under a Medicare care plan for a chronic condition, you can receive a Medicare rebate for a limited number of allied health sessions each calendar year. Bring your GP referral to your first visit.
Do you accept NDIS, WorkCover and CTP?
Yes. Bring your NDIS details or your WorkCover or CTP claim number to your first appointment.
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can book directly. A referral is only needed for Medicare care plans.
