Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. A $60 cancellation fee will apply if adequate notice is not provided. Missed appointments without prior notice will incur the full consultation fee. Please note that these fees are not covered by compensable bodies. For Clinical Pilates sessions, cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged in full.
